VG Computing's support service allows us to help you correctly configure and maintain your computer systems. We are able to setup new features or help solve any technical issue you may be experiencing.

Remote Support


Remote support is available for service and support requests which can be solved without the need of an on-site visit. Remote support consists of phone, email and remote connection software which enables us to administer your system directly.

There are 2 types of remote support:

Standard Remote Support

Standard on-site support is for support within normal business hours. This service is charged at $80 (inc GST) per hour billed in 5 minute blocks with a minimum support time of 15 minutes.

After Hours Remote Support

After hours on-site support is for support outside of normal business hours (including weekends and public holidays). This service is charged at $120 (inc GST) per hour billed in 5 minute blocks with a minimum support time of 60 minutes.

Note: After Hours Support may not always be available.

With remote connection support we do not charge for the time when we are not actively working on your system. For example, if we run an automated task on your system which will run for 30 minutes we will not charge you for this time.


On-Site Support


On-Site support is available for service or faults that can not be completed successfully by phone/e-mail/remote support alone.

There are 2 types of on-site support:

Standard On-Site Support

Standard remote support is for support within normal business hours. Initial charge is $150 (inc GST) including the first hour then $80 (inc GST) per additional hour (billed in 5 minute blocks).

After Hours On-Site Support

After hours remote support is for support outside of normal business hours (including weekends and public holidays). Initial charge is $400 (inc GST) including the first two hours then $120 (inc GST) per additional hour (billed in 5 minute blocks).

Note: After Hours Support may not always be available.
