Phone Support |
Phone support is available to customers requiring assistant in using their computer system.
VG Computing
offers a certain number of free support calls for each system sold. After your free support calls are used up each additional call is
changed at $110 (inc GST) per hour (billed in 5 minute blocks).
This fee will be waived if the fault was caused by VG Computing itself,
the fault was unsolvable or under special circumstances.

Remote Support |
Remote support enables us to administer your system directly without the need for us to be on-site. Remote support is only available to systems which are connected to the Internet and have our remote support software installed.
Remote support is charge at $110 (inc GST) per hour (billed in 5 minute blocks). This fee will be waived if the fault was caused by VG Computing itself,
the fault was unsolvable or under special circumstances.

On-Site Support |
On-Site support is available for faults that are
unsolvable by phone/e-mail/remote support or if you would like extra functionality
added to your system.
There are 2 types of on-site support:
Standard Support
Standard support is for on-site support within normal business hours. Initial charge is $150 (inc GST) including the first hour then $110 (inc GST) per additional hour (billed in 5 minute blocks).
After Hours Support
After hours support is for on-site support with a response time within the same day outside of business hours including weekends and public holidays. Initial charge is $300 (inc GST) including the first hour then $200 (inc GST) per additional hour (billed in 5 minute blocks).
Note: After Hours Support may not always be available.
