your privacy rights are met. The following privacy policy governs how VG
Computing operates.

- VG Computing will not disclose any
information which you have given us to any 3rd party without your
express permission unless legally required to do so or required to do so to complete the service requested.
- VG Computing will not misuse your
information for any marketing purposes.
- VG Computing will require proof of
identity before it discloses any information to a client.
- Upon each
customer's request, VG Computing must disclose all personal data
collected about the client. This is to ensure the correctness of the
information gathered.
- VG Computing will not use any information
gathered for any purpose from the client which it does not require to
fulfil it duties to the client.
- VG Computing will hold client details for
as long as it feels is required. However as per statements 1 & 2
this information will not be misused.
- VG Computing will send out important
information for the customer via e-mail. VG Computing may also send out
promotional material to clients who have requested such material,
otherwise it will not.
- VG Computing reserves the right to
modify this statement from time to time. Older versions of this privacy policy will remain valid for the client up to the point of their next purchase from VG Computing.
