By storing older versions of document you have created in a separate area, you are able to recover a previous version of your current documents. This is extremely useful when a mistake has been made with the current document being work on and the previous version needs to be recovered.

How does it work?
Our system takes a snapshot of all you files every hour and stores them in a snapshot area. When you require to retrieve a file you can browse into this snapshot area and copy the file across as you would from your main storage area. The main difference between this and your main storage area is that the snapshot area is read only (it can not be written to).
How far back can I recover?
It depend on your free storage space, normally it is setup for a one year period.
