Please note that the cheque/money order must be cleared before your order

Credit Card
Currently we accept credit card payments for our range of servers, desktop, notebooks and services. Accepted cards are Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard.
Please be aware of the following conditions:
- Credit Card payment is not available for desktop and notebook purchases.
- Payments are subject to a 2.5% transaction fee when paid via credit card.
- Additional information may be requested from you to ensure the credit card transaction is genuine.
- VG Computing reserves the right to reject any credit card payment which can not be authenticated for any reason.
- For your security, VG Computing does not store any credit card information after the transaction has been authorised.
Purchase Order
Purchase orders are available for approved business, educational and government
institutions. VG Computing reserves the right to reject any client's purchase
order if their credit rating is not acceptable. Payment term is normally 14 days from shipping of goods unless
negotiated otherwise. Payment may be made via any method above.
When you are ready to create a order fax your purchase order to (03) 9803 4936. You should clearly indicate what
you are ordering plus any extra information (such as purchase order number) you
require to appear on the Tax Invoice.
Rent
Renting is available via our partner Flexirent. Please be aware of the following:
- Approval must be received from Flexirent before your order can be processed.
- On top of VG Computing's Terms and Conditions you must also agree to Flexirent's
Terms and Conditions.
- Any payment/credit disagreements should be directed to Flexirent. VG Computing does
not have any influence on Flexirent's financing decisions.
- Rental periods currently available are 3, 4 and 5 years.
- The final system price needs to be greater than $1000 to create a rental application.
- The renting price shown on the website is only a estimate based on a
36 month period. The final renting price will be supplied to you from Flexirent.
A estimate can not be supplied when invoice price is greater than $19,999.
Cash
Currently cash payment is only available for on-site services.
